The challenge
A builder in Brisbane undertook a development project with 30 high-end villas and needed to provide high-end and personalized door and window solutions. Core needs: the doors and windows must meet Australian AS1288/AS2047/AS&NZ52208 standards, and have good thermal insulation and sound insulation performance; the styles must be diversified to adapt to various decoration styles such as Mediterranean and modern minimalist of different villas; at the same time, the cost of bulk supply must be controlled to ensure project profits, and the supply and installation of all doors and windows must be completed within 80 days.
